      At The Spa at Katara Club, we offer a wide range of luxurious spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, and much more. Whether you're looking for relaxation, rejuvenation, or pampering, we have something for everyone.
    • How do I make a reservation?
      Reserving your spa experience is easy. You can book an appointment by calling our spa reception or messaging on 4408 1580. You can also book your appointment on our mobile app. Walk-in appointments are also welcome, subject to availability.
    • What should I expect during my first visit?
      During your first visit, our friendly staff will greet you and assist with any inquiries you may have. You'll be asked to fill out a brief questionnaire about your health and preferences to ensure your experience is tailored to your needs.
    • Are there any age restrictions at The Spa?
      Guests must be at least 18 years old to enjoy our spa services. However, we do offer select treatments for teenagers aged 16-17 with parental consent.
    • Can I bring my own products for use during treatments?
      For your safety and the integrity of our services, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your own products. We use only the highest quality professional-grade products in all of our treatments.
    • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
      We understand that plans may change. Please notify us at least 6 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
    • Is there parking available for spa guests?
      Yes, complimentary valet parking is available for all spa guests. Simply inform the valet attendant that you are visiting The Spa, and they will assist you with parking.
    • Are there any regulations for The Spa?
      The Spa at Katara Club's environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect other spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. The Spa is a mobile phone, pager, camera, and smoke free zone to maintain a calm environment. To keep our spa's ambiance tranquil, access to the facilities area is restricted to individuals over 16.
