FOR BOOKINGS

BOOKING POLICY
  • Advanced bookings are required, no later than 30 minutes prior to the booking.
  • Prepayments are required to reserve bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • No refunds will be given after payment at the reception.
  • Online bookings can be cancelled no later than 6 hours prior to the booking.

RENTAL
  • Rented equipment is available to use only on the Katara Club premises, it is not permitted to remove the rented equipment from the site.
  • In the case of lost or damaged rental items, the renter is to be charged the full price of the damaged or lost item.
